DABS Leaflet Licence Agreement

On purchase of a Leaflet licence you will be sent a disc containing a pdf version of the relevant leaflet from which you can print copies, plus a good quality paper original to photocopy if required. The leaflet will include the lines "Printed under licence by: <Name of Trust/Organisation>" on the back panel.

Your Receipt/Invoice will include the terms of the Licence Agreement as follows:

The following licence grants permission to <Name of Trust/Organisation> to print copies of the relevant DABS Leaflet for distribution & use within the Trust/Organisation, for 12 months from the date of this Receipt/Invoice. The leaflets so copied may be given to service-users or staff, but may not be sold or distributed in any format outside of the Trust. When the licence expires on <Date>, it may be renewed for a reduced fee, to be confirmed at that time (currently £50).
