A free and confidential service run by women for women who have experienced any form of rape or sexual abuse at any time. Service for over 16year olds only, due to confidentiality. Face-to-face support available on request. Telephone support available for partners or friends supporting survivors.  The helpline is open:  Mon & Thurs 7.30-9.30pm;  Tues 1-5pm;  Fri 10am-2pm.
