We are an independent organisation run by ordinary caring women, including survivors of sexual abuse. All the women have had training and understand the issues surrounding sexual violence. We offer free, friendly, confidential support for women and teenage girls who have experienced any form of sexual abuse at any time. This can be by telephone or face-to-face where you feel comfortable and safe. The helpline is open: Mon-Thurs 10am-1pm & Mon 7.30-10pm.
