One-to-one counselling, helpline, groups and a befriending scheme, including a counselling service for refugee & asylum seeking women, and for deaf women. Individual counselling is time-limited. Groups may be theme-based, eg. Issues around depression or sexual abuse. The befriending scheme is for women with enduring mental health problems. The helpline is open: Mon-Fri 10am-12noon; Mon & Tues 8-10pm; Tues & Wed 1-3pm.
