Warwickshire-based SOLACE provides a confidential, out of hours telephone support service for people who have problems with anxiety, stress and depression or any other mental health problems. We also support carers of the above. SOLACE can help with crisis situations or long-term emotional support. The helpline number is free to landline users and most mobile networks, and is currently open:  7pm-10pm daily. We also have a user support forum on our website for people to offer mutual support.
