Self-help support & personal development opportunities for adults in the Leeds area who are experiencing self-defined emotional distress / mental health problems. SHIP is a user-led groupwork project providing on-going support, creativity, & confidence-building groups, training, and a range of 1-day workshops. Daytime and evening courses/groups available. Access is by self-referral.
