SASH is a penfriend network which understands & supports adult survivors of abuse & self-harming. Our aim is to allow survivors to contact others in writing, to share thoughts & feelings, and so realise they are not alone. Their courage & words will offer comfort, hope & relief to others like themselves. SASH is now free to join, but we have a small fee of £5 (or donation) for our newsletter, to cover p&p & admin. SAE for enquiries.
