Offer counselling on any issue including trauma, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, eating disorders, relationships, stress and loss. There are separate waiting areas for men & women. Also provide couple counselling, art therapy, and groupwork for people with eating disorders. All services are free & confidential. There's a waiting list for face-to-face counselling, but more immediate support is available through the Listening Ear telephone service.
