The Safe Project covers the Scarborough Borough and Ryedale District areas, providing services to adult survivors (18+) of childhood sexual abuse, supporting them to feel empowered. SAFE provides representation and advocacy, self-help groups, counselling, and training for professionals around disclosure. All services are free of charge. The project is funded by The National Lottery through Big Lottery Fund. The Resource Centre is open Mon-Thurs 1pm-4.30pm and by appointment on Fridays.
