PARCS is an organisation based within Portsmouth City that works with women and men residents in Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire who have experienced sexual violation at any time in their life and no matter how long ago. PARCS provides telephone support, face-to-face counselling, outreach into schools, training and consultation. The office is open: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm; Fri 9am-4.30pm. The helplines are open: Mon 1-3pm; Wed & Fri 7-10pm.
