PODS  provides education and support to partners, family members, counsellors and others who come alongside people who suffer from a Dissociative Disorder: Information / awareness workshops & training courses; Open meetings for partners / supporters; Weekly telephone helpline and ongoing email support; Helpful resources & website. PODS can signpost people towards appropriate sources of support & help, and also works to raise awareness of dissociative distress amongst the general public and the healthcare system. The helpline is open:  Tues 6-8pm.
