A national helpline for Wales, for members of the public, children, family members and professionals to turn to for advice or to report concerns about children/young people. This is a bilingual service, culturally sensitive to Wales.  Open:  Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. (When closed calls are transferred to the NSPCC 24hr - non-bilingual - service).

It has now been agreed that the Wales service is to merge with the NSPCC 24hr service, and the office in Bangor will close in mid-October 2010. It is hoped that there will still be a Welsh-specific service within the NSPCC 24hr service, but details have yet to be confirmed.
