An independent charity which aims to promote mental health and relieve distress associated with emotional, personal, relationship, or family problems, including low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, sexual abuse, parenting, etc. Offers a confidential counselling service provided by a team of 60 volunteers to anyone over 20yrs. Subsidised costs for those on low income with a minimum charge of £2 per session for registered unemployed.
