Individual counselling, therapeutic groups & self-help meetings for people who've experienced abuse and/or its legacy, eg. Depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-injury. Provide professional supervision, skills training & workshops. Access via agency or by self-referral. The cost will be paid by the client if they have the means, or by follow-on funding, charitable support or a combination of these. First contact by phone. Sessions available weekdays or evenings.
