Into the Light supports people who have been sexually abused (and those that support them) through: Giving information; Breaking isolation; Sharing experience. They run a 10 week course for women in London. They also facilitate workshops for both men & women, and provide training & seminars for workers. The website provides resources, details of courses and includes information on core issues such as shame, anger and betrayal.
