A telephone and face-to-face counselling service, run by women for  women over the age of 18, who have suffered any form of sexual abuse or violence at any time in their lives. Our service also covers North Wales. Access is by self-referral or referrals from elsewhere. For face-to-face counselling appointments are required. Contact available normally within a week.  The helpline is open:  Mon 6-8pm;  Wed 6-8pm;  Sat 10am-1pm.
