Breaking Free Project supports female survivors of sexual abuse and rape. The project is run by dedicated female survivors, who are trained and qualified counsellors. Breaking Free provide services such as: one to one therapy, helpline support, confidential email support, safe support group, access to their free forum, compensation claims, referrals and info. On other like minded projects. Our service provides an after care service with no time limit to your healing journey.

The Breaking Free Project are also running a female survivors retreat in February 2012, view details here.
