Break the Silence is a voluntary organisation that provides a range of confidential support services to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (16+), and their families & supporters, in East and North Ayrshire. Support available includes information sessions, one-to-one, support groups, a library & drop-in service. It is staffed by mental health professionals and counsellors, 50% of whom are survivors themselves. Also offer training. Open office hours & some evenings.
