Short-term counselling for people (18+) who were abused as children, or who have been victims of trauma or violence, and for family members affected by trauma. Referrals need to come in writing from a health professional, eg. your GP. We now also accept referrals by email. Serves the areas of Hastings, Rother, St Leonards and Bexhill.
